Eye Exams That Put Your Vision First

An eye exam is more than a quick checkup. Dr. Carl Cottrell takes time to assess your vision, eye health, and answer your questions. Whether you wear glasses, contacts, or nothing at all, we tailor your exam to fit your needs and lifestyle.

What’s Included in a Comprehensive Exam

We check far more than just your prescription. Every comprehensive exam includes:

  • A full vision evaluation and updated glasses or contact lens prescription.
  • Screening for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other eye diseases.
  • Visual function testing (alignment, movement, and focusing).
  • Eye pressure and retinal health screening.
  • Personalized recommendations based on age, symptoms, or medical history.

Vision Care for the Whole Family

We see patients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Whether your child needs a first vision check before school or you’re managing age-related eye changes, we’re here to help at every stage of life.

Our calm, no-rush approach helps kids feel at ease and ensures adults get the clarity and support they need.
