As a newer clinic, we’re actively expanding our insurance network to better serve Cache Valley and Southern Idaho. If you don’t see your plan listed or aren’t sure if we’re in-network, please reach out. We may already work with your provider, or we’ll walk you through other payment options.
Medical Plans We Accept
We accept Costco EyeMed insurance and, for most other medical aids, we will help by submitting your claim documentation on your behalf. Patients simply pay upfront at the clinic, and once the claim is processed, the refund will be sent directly to you by your insurance provider.
Please note: coverage can vary between plans. If you’re unsure whether your insurance is included, call our office before your visit and we’ll gladly assist.
Vision Plans We Accept
We accept many vision insurance plans for routine eye exams and contact lens evaluations. Our accepted plans are growing, so if you’re unsure, just reach out, we’ll help you understand your coverage.
